- Develop and implement a monthly marketing plan and budget.
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
- Develop end of month report to include actual marketing plans, activities, within the planned budget
- Ensure that proper communication of the marketing plan/strategy is managed well across Brand Partners, Sales team and Brand team
- Constantly develop and promote marketing events/activities that will increase sales of the brand or render additional revenues to the marketing department
- Analyze and understand sales in order to come up with innovative activities to increase / achieve and maintain sales figures and its growth.
- Monitor overall brand performance and work closely with Brand Managers, Area Managers, Country VMs and Country Sales Manager/Director to ensure that the overall brand performance and image is consistent and in line with brand expectations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and build stronger brand equity for all brands presented and constant feedback to brand partners
Supervise the company’s Facebook and Instagram pages and encourage brand partners to constantly provide information applicable to market.
- Conduct market research to understand market needs and trends through mystery shopping and other research activities to keep abreast of competitor activities
- Establish and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
- Develop “Gift Card” project’s Marketing Plan and Marketing support in selected brands.
- Improve customer relations including: Customer satisfaction surveys (Facebook) and special customer events (VIP events)
- Develop and supervise the maintenance of an up-to-date customer database at all times across all brands ensuring proper data capturing of customers details.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and execute cost-effective media through researches
- Strategize/design and execute the communications/Media plan to maximise brand awareness and increased sales activities.
- Develop and monitor advertisements in media and in malls
- Increase PR activity aligned to brand awareness - both internally and externally for new and existing brands.
- Maintain effective working relationships and communications with brand partners, key external parties and suppliers (local and overseas)
- Perform any other duties as requested.
A Bachelor degree with major in marketing, business or communication
In-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing strategies online and offline
Experience in Marketing and Visual management
A proven record in developing and administering a marketing plan
Knowledge of English ( upper intermediate level)
