Office Assistant
Almaty / full-time /

Your responsibilities:

  • Facility management (general office maintenance issues, company car pool management, coordination of a driver)
  • Procurement Support (work with documents, archiving, registration of logistics invoices, creation of Purchase Requisitions and Orders in SAP, preparation documents for signing, collecting of required documents form suppliers and customers in case of need, different reports preparation under request)
  • Support of Board Management on different topics under request
  • Office Employees Support (processing of different requests: ordering and handling of stationery, travel and guest arrangements, registration of all visitors and their access rights)
Your profile:
  • University degree
  • 2 years of related experience
  • high level of interpersonal skills and responsibility
  • knowledge of English not lower than upper-intermediate
  • proactive and positive
