This is an exciting opportunity to help shape, influence, and drive the global strategy and commercialization of the Janssen portfolio. The Marketing & Customer Excellence Manager (M & CEM) will leverage a clear understanding of customer unmet needs, market dynamics, landscape, competition.
The Marketing & Customer Excellence Manager is responsible for setting the marketing & BI strategic direction and tactical implementation of activities that will lead to a customer-centric and goal achievement culture. This includes development of marketing & CE plans and activities that drive the flow of products to our customers in a manner that highlights differentiation and value.
The M & CEM is responsible for the product portfolio for CIS from identification of customer and market needs/wants, to product launch, through and including product discontinuation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver marketing strategy and commercialization of the Janssen portfolio for short, mid and long-term CIS business growth based on global strategy, market need, competitive landscape
- Recognition of new products to be launched to meet CIS markets demands, or the creation of new niche/markets. Provides leadership for product/concept justification during approval process
- Identification of new business opportunities through expansion of existing products into CIS markets, or enhancements of existing products to maximize existing markets
- Work effectively with operations, medical, market access, Janssen Russia CVT & EMEA IBVT, legal, finance, commercial, regulatory, HCC, PV to deliver Revenue and Margin growth to Plan, along with future opportunity/development proposals and recommendations to senior management
- Support the countries teams in achieving business and support them to identify and execute country focused strategies. Exposure to all CIS markets, with the requirement to build networks and success through a deep understanding of cultural diversity and varying market dynamics
- Provides direction and input to all functional teams such as Commercial, Finance, PV, Quality, HCC, PR and Regulatory that affect the successful achievement of business objectives
Requirements:
- Successful relevant work experience (sales & marketing) to include of the following: healthcare product launch, long-range portfolio strategy, product/pipeline management, market assessment, sales tools/message development, marketing research and trend analysis, KOLs management, etc.
- Desired Industries: Multi-National Corp Healthcare company (e.g. pharma, med device)
- Demonstrated leadership capability with proven ability to develop and implement detailed marketing plans & partner with sales, MAF & market access teams to execute
- Must have strong management discipline & ability to Influence without authority & collaborate with other functions
- Experience in team management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading operational and strategic initiatives and managing direct reports
- Experience planning and managing at the strategic and operational level
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
