- What you’ll do:
- Working tools set up/configuration for BA team
- Daily Schedule management: scheduling external and internal meetings, collecting datа after meetings, accumulating data for reporting
- Onboarding process for new-joiners to the BA project team
- Reporting: collection of necessary information, dashboards creation (including Jira), PPt presentations
- Deviation management: statuses updating, posting on TMS / BASS, monitoring, notifications
- Controlling and monitoring of BA team tasks (due dates, statuses, correctness of filling)
- Traceability matrix creation
- Participation in planning and conducting project sessions (workshops): scheduling, reporting, post-workshop data gathering
- Working with programs: Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power Point, SPS, SharePoint, Zoom
