Your ‘day to day’
- Analysis and goal setting for channels, and their monitoring.
- Monthly planning of shipments.
- Development of reporting needed for decision-making, theory testing (including FFWD projects), and analysis.
- Analysis of data (PMI, partner).
- Preparation of analytics based on reports.
- Check the list of users in PMI systems (CRM, iView, Reef, etc.) for relevance, deletion of obsolete accounts, communication with the field team regarding the process of creating/deleting users in these systems.
- Optimization and support of Telegram bots for tracking KPIs, efficiency, and other metrics.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of current and planned sales points and consumer activations.
- Assist in organizing training for the field organization (gathering data on employees, communicating with the planning department, etc.).
- Launch and control of new products in the market.
- Creation and control of the implementation of a motivational system for the direct sales channel employees, including teams for consumer activation.

Who we’re looking for
- Higher education.
- Experience in analytics/trade marketing from 2 years.
- Experience in creating/developing telegram bots.
- Experience in the FMCG sector will be a plus.
- Advanced user of MS Office.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL will be a plus.
- Proficiency in English at least Upper-intermediate level.
