We are looking for a talented and experienced Specialist for our "Begin-IT" social project (https://beginit.org/ru/home).
What are you going to do:
- Project coordination in regions;
- Collaboration with partners and NGO's;
- Search and Enrolment of new Schools, Teachers and Students;
- Motivation and Engagement of Corporate Volunteers Event and Resource Management SMM;
- Monitoring of Project Results and Reporting;
- Participation in Project Strategy and Plan development;
- Participation in New Projects' Piloting;
- Standarts, Instructions Elaboration;
- Collaboration with Trainees and new specialists within the Project;
- Attending project meetings and one to one.
Our wishes:
- Advanced knowledge of project management and document management
- English upper-intermediate (B2), Spanish (as a good addition)
- Briefing skills and knowledge of partners' selection and contracting
- Basic knowledge of project management soft (google office, MS office, wrike, miro)
- Process management skills and abilities to make process sustainable and autonomous
- Advanced reporting and data management skills
- Communication in remote and distributed teams
- Negotiation and conflict resolving skills
