What are you going to do:
integration of the topic "Diversity and Inclusion" into the company's business processes within the company and at the level of key stakeholders (customers, drivers, couriers, etc.);
integration of the topic "Safety" into the company's business processes within the company and at the level of key stakeholders (customers, drivers, couriers, etc.);
work closely with PnC, Compliance, Finance and Legal teams on other topics related to ESG practices in the company
drawing up a map of the main stakeholders;
design and implement methodologies for human rights risk management to comply with the Human Rights Policy and the principles of the United Nations Global Compact on Human Rights.
participation in building responsible purchases in the company;
participation in the organization of the work of the Committee on Sustainable Development
participation in the preparing for the audit processes related with ESG information
participation in preparing annual ESG/sustainability reports and other external reports established in frameworks and initiatives defined by the company
conduct research and benchmarking of foreign factory social compliance trends in local and national labor, safety laws and international human rights standards
Our wishes:
At least 3 years of experience in corporate social compliance and governance, preferred as a lead expert
Proven experience in building processes
Knowledge and experience in global sustainability standards and frameworks
Familiar with key ESG Standards including GRI, TCFD, SASB etc.
Upper intermediate English
Experience in corporate sustainability
Strong analytical skills including use of Excel, monitoring, reporting, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively contribute to a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with various audiences
Must be detail oriented
Good organizational and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage complexity is also important
