Duties
Managing the monthly management financial reporting, including:
- transformation of accounting data from local databases to management accounting system,
- reconciliation of the data between statutory accounting and management accounting
- preparation and analysis of financial statements
- keep track of monthly IFRS adjustments
- preparation and gathering of data for monthly global statistical reports
Assisting in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Preparation of other management reports, analytics and tasks upon request
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
4+ years of accounting experience (experience in Big 4 (Audit) or in IFRS department of international company would be an advantage)
Work experience as Finance controller or Finance supervisor would be an advantage
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, IFRS
Working knowledge of accounting systems (1-C)
Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including strong Excel knowledge and other accounting packages
Experience of work in SAP will be a plus
Experience with preparation of financial statements
Bachelors or Master’s qualifications in Finance, Economics, Accounting
Professional accounting qualification would be an advantage
Upper-intermediate English
Maturity and a professional attitude
Strong analytical skills, work efficiently with the team towards a common goal, good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and administration skills
Responsibility and consistency in job performance
Due to migration to a new system and new challenges – adaptability and flexibility is an advantage.
