Marketing Analyst, Audit
KPMG Caucasus & Central Asia is looking for a Senior Marketing professional dedicated to the Audit Department willing and able to introduce new vision, add value, and provide innovative ideas and approaches.
The role will be ideal for a ambitious and result-oriented professional willing to develop and implement a winning Marketing and BD strategy matching ambitious goals of the firm.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Audit Partners and Directors with the development and execution of the marketing and BD initiatives.
- Plan and execute events, as necessary.
- Research external conferences relevant for the department and organize participation in them.
- Provide marketing analysis and search for opportunities to help grow business
- Coordinate production of advertising and marketing materials and develop editorial content.
- Review and ensure the compliance of communication materials with the firm’s general guidelines and style in both English and Russian.
- Support of pitches, proposals and tenders
- Closely cooperate with other internal services and manage processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing and / or business development experience with demonstrated success with a audit firm having strong marketing presence;
- Profound knowledge of the local and international audit market, major players;
- Extensive marketing/ BD background covering marketing campaigns, events planning and management, professional organizations membership, pitching and promoting services, website maintenance, competitive landscape monitoring and market analysis, CRM;
- Outstanding drafting skills, proven successful experience writing marketing content, making presentations and negotiating with service providers;
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational skills;
- Client and service delivery focused;
- Fluent English
