We're currently seeking Debt&PPP Associate or Manager, experienced in Credit Analysis, to join our Deal Advisory team in Astana, Almaty or Tashkent. This is your opportunity to push your career to the next level.

As our Debt & PPP Associate / Manager, you will:

  • Project Leadership: Lead Public-Private Partnership and infrastructure-related projects.
  • Scope Definition: Define the scope of work and develop the project approach to ensure successful delivery.
  • Client Deliverables Control: Oversee the preparation of client deliverables, including reports, proposals, contracts, and other project-related documentation, as well as marketing materials.
  • Financial Analysis Guidance: Guide teams on financial analysis of historical results and projections, conduct industry research, and review financial models and valuation methodologies.
  • Workflow Administration: Administer internal workflow and risk management procedures to maintain project efficiency and compliance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, target clients, and key market constituents to enhance personal effectiveness and identify business development opportunities.

You're the perfect match for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Bank / Private Equity / internal Corporate Finance Department / BIG4 or Valuation consulting firm;
  • Higher education, desirably in Finance / Economics;
  • Excellent knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques: DCF, different approaches to valuation;
  • Knowledge of financial accounting, good understanding of IFRS, US GAAP;
  • CFA, ACCA or DipIFR certification is a plus;
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word, Power Point user;
  • Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills;
  • Experience in preparation of analytical documents: presentations, information memorandum, business plan, feasibility study, teaser, etc.;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian;
  • Availability to travel
